Veho started its operations in 1939, but the company's roots go back to 1892. Today, Veho is one of the most important players in the Finnish automotive industry and, loyal to its traditions, is still a family business.

In accordance with a new strategy strongly based on Mercedes-Benz, Veho bought Silberauto's operations in Estonia and Lithuania in 2019. With the acquisition, Veho became the largest dealer and repair service provider of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and commercial vehicles in the Baltic countries. In 2021, Veho bought the Latvian Mercedes-Benz dealer Domeniks. In December 2021, the Veho group signed an agreement with Mercedes-Benz Sverige AB, according to which the group will take over the distribution of Mercedes-Benz trucks and spare parts in Sweden through a separate subsidiary established for this purpose.

Today, Veho is a leading car dealer and distributor focusing on passenger cars and commercial vehicles manufactured by Mercedes-Benz Group AG and Daimler Truck AG, operating in five market areas: Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
