Bengtsson's welding and repair is a Småland company with expertise in welding and repair. Our customers have businesses that depend on them to function, and we ensure this by repairing and rebuilding their equipment. We also build specially adapted solutions for industry and contracting.
Welding is a joining technique. Those who professionally carry out the work are called welders. Welding involves heating up pieces of metal and joining them by fusion. In this way, a welded joint is created. The method differs from soldering, where the workpieces are joined by a non-species-rich material (solder), where only the additive material (solder) is melted during soldering.
MANUFACTURING
In our well-equipped workshop, we manufacture sheet metal and steel products for industry and contracting. We work closely with designers for larger projects.
We use SOLIDWORKS for construction in 3D CAD.
REPAIR
We carry out repair and welding work in industry and the contracting sector for sawmills, heating plants, pellet plants, the food industry, etc. Repairs are carried out directly at the customer with our well-equipped service vehicles or in our workshop where we have all the necessary equipment for the manufacture and repair of heavier and lighter work. At the customer's place, we perform welding with both MAG and MMA. We have certificates for hot work.
MOUNTING
With the help of our fully equipped service vans, we assemble machines and other equipment in new or existing facilities.
