Job Summary As Quality Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that all products, processes, and systems meet internal and external requirements. You lead the Quality function and manage a team of specialists dedicated to product and process quality, customer satisfaction and audits. You are part of the Operations leadership team and report directly to the Production Manager. Main responsibilities include: • Develop and lead the quality strategy to support World Class Manufacturing objectives • Lead and support audits (internal, customer, and third-party) • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, production and supply chain • Lead root cause analyses and corrective action initiatives • Manage quality systems, KPIs, and reporting • Act as the main point of contact for customer quality issues • Drive supplier quality improvements and evaluations • Own the site’s quality budget and related improvement projects Requirements and Experience You are a structured and analytical leader with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on continuous improvement. You lead by example and know how to build trust and clarity in complex environments. Required: • Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within industrial or manufacturing environments • Strong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and standards • Proven leadership skills with experience managing quality teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Merits: • Experience with customer-facing quality roles in international contexts • Auditor certifications or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt • Familiarity with digital quality systems and analytics • Swedish language skills (or willingness to learn) About the company Join our world-leading company and be a driving force in our journey toward World Class Manufacturing in Skellefteå.
