Debe Flow Group consists of companies with excellence in their respective fields. As a group, we can together deliver comprehensive solutions and services as well as individual products to our customers. Since 2024, we also have a sub-group called Debe Infra Group, which includes the companies Vermeer Viking and TerraRoc.

Debe
The parent company within Debe Flow Group. With specialized and carefully selected products, we are your partner for clean water, sewage and geoenergy. Debe includes strong brands such as Perfecta and Termoventiler.

Matsco
Matsco is an irrigation company that specializes in irrigation systems for golf courses, cemeteries, parks and football fields. Matsco carries out new installations of irrigation systems, sells spare parts and services existing systems. The company was acquired by Debe Flow Group in 2022. Matsco has also been active in Finland since 2024.

Pemtec
Pemtec is a subsidiary within the Debe Flow Group. Through Pemtec, we are one of the Nordic region's leading suppliers of products for geothermal heating, geothermal heating, sea heating, pressurized drains, pressurized water and cable protection.

Vermeer's Viking
Vermeer Viking is the official dealer of Vermeer's machine program and products in Sweden and Norway. Since the summer of 2023, Vermeer Viking has been part of the Debe Flow Group and has thereby continued to deliver world-class products, machine programs and service. In 2024, Debe Flow Group started a new sub-group, Debe Infra Group, where Vermeer Viking together with TerraRoc form the backbone.

TerraRoc
TerraRoc is the market leader in products for drilling foundations and well drilling. TerraRoc is globally well-known thanks to continuous work with R&D, close cooperation with the market and careful quality control in production. TerraRoc Finland Oy and TerraRoc UK were acquired by Debe Flow Group in 2023. At the beginning of 2024, TerraRoc Nordic was also formed, which caused the sub-group Debe Infra Group to take shape, which includes both TerraRoc and Vermeer Viking.
